趙秋紅，北京航空航天大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，北航“藍(lán)天學(xué)者”特聘教授；中國系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會(huì)理事、副秘書長；城市安全運(yùn)行與應(yīng)急保障北京市國際科技合作基地主任；城市運(yùn)行應(yīng)急保障模擬技術(shù)北京市重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室常務(wù)副主任；SCI國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊《Computers and Industrial Engineering》領(lǐng)域編輯(Area Editor)；EI學(xué)術(shù)期刊《系統(tǒng)工程理論與實(shí)踐》編委。

1990年獲天津大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，1999年獲中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)碩士學(xué)位，2002年獲北京航空航天大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，為全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文提名獎(jiǎng)獲得者。自2002年起，在北京航空航天大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院工作，2007年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃。曾多次訪問香港城市大學(xué)和香港理工大學(xué)，并于2007年至2008年訪問加拿大蒙特利爾大學(xué)商學(xué)院，與英、美、加、法、日、塞爾維亞、新加坡等國的海外學(xué)者有廣泛合作。

主要從事供應(yīng)鏈管理、物流管理、應(yīng)急管理、啟發(fā)式優(yōu)化算法等領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)、科研與實(shí)踐工作。承擔(dān)的主要課程包括：運(yùn)籌學(xué)、物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、學(xué)術(shù)論文寫作、現(xiàn)代啟發(fā)式優(yōu)化算法、學(xué)術(shù)前沿講座，授課對(duì)象有：本科生、碩士生、博士生、留學(xué)生（本科、碩士、博士）。

先后主持多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目，包括國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)（應(yīng)急管理領(lǐng)域，2013-2015）、國家自然科學(xué)基金青年/面上項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)（物流與供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域，2004-2006,2008-2010,2011-2013，已評(píng)估的兩項(xiàng)均為優(yōu)）、國家科技支撐計(jì)劃課題子任務(wù)1項(xiàng)（電子商務(wù)與物流管理領(lǐng)域，2012-2014）、北京市科委項(xiàng)目子課題1項(xiàng)（應(yīng)急管理領(lǐng)域，2013-2014），以及來自企事業(yè)單位的多項(xiàng)研究課題（物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃、家電制造企業(yè)備件庫存管理、制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理、設(shè)施管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈分析等）；為黃海軍教授領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的國家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新群體的骨干成員。
