研究方向

1、 細(xì)胞分裂素和生長(zhǎng)素相互作用 Auxin/cytokinin interactions

生長(zhǎng)素和細(xì)胞分裂素是調(diào)控植物發(fā)育的兩類重要激素，其比例和相互作用決定著細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)和分化的命運(yùn)。我們用分子遺傳學(xué)等相關(guān)技術(shù)研究細(xì)胞分裂素如何影響生長(zhǎng)素生物合成及極性運(yùn)輸進(jìn)而調(diào)控植物的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。

Auxin and cytokinin are the two classic plant hormones playing pivotal roles in plant development. It is a famous theme in plant science that the development of cells into roots or shoots is often determined by the ratio of auxin/cytokinin. We use molecular genetics to studies how cytokinin regulates auxin biosynthesis and its polar transport to influence plant development.

2. 生殖細(xì)胞發(fā)育 Germ cell development

植物的有性生殖涉及減數(shù)分裂（孢子發(fā)生）和配子體（花粉）發(fā)育，受到基因的精確調(diào)控并需要細(xì)胞間的相互協(xié)調(diào)。我們主要用擬南芥為材料分離突變體，用分子生物學(xué)手段研究小孢子發(fā)生和配子體發(fā)育的分子機(jī)理。
Sexual reproduction in plants occurs via meiosis (sporogenesis) and gametophyte development under strict genetic control with highly coordination between cells. We use the current powerful tools in cell and molecular biology to study the related molecular mechanisms through isolating mutants in Arabidopsis and cloning the corresponding genes.

項(xiàng)目成果

先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上、重大研究計(jì)劃和重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，以及973項(xiàng)目子課題。目前主持2項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然基金在研項(xiàng)目：

（1）植物生長(zhǎng)素合成及代謝缺陷突變體的系統(tǒng)篩選和研究（重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目）；

（2）酰基轉(zhuǎn)移酶GFC1參與細(xì)胞分裂素信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的生化和分子機(jī)理（面上）。

生長(zhǎng)素和細(xì)胞分裂素是調(diào)控植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的重要激素，對(duì)它們作用機(jī)理的研究一直是國(guó)際上的熱點(diǎn)。

研究成果：（1）是國(guó)際上獨(dú)立發(fā)現(xiàn)生長(zhǎng)素生物合成IPA途徑的突變體taa1的4家實(shí)驗(yàn)室之一，并進(jìn)一步獨(dú)立提出了細(xì)胞分裂素通過(guò)促進(jìn)生長(zhǎng)素合成并抑制其極性運(yùn)輸?shù)淖饔脵C(jī)理調(diào)控植物發(fā)育[Plant J, 66, 516–527 (2011)]；(2）2004年提出胞間橋/通道功能假說(shuō)（Guo & Zheng 2004），在國(guó)際上受到關(guān)注，被《Cell》、《PNAS》、《Trends Mol Med》、《Biol Rev》、《Cold Spring Harb Perspect Biol》和《Dev Biol》及相關(guān)專著所引用；（3）1990年在國(guó)際上公認(rèn)為難度極大的小麥原生質(zhì)體培養(yǎng)中首先實(shí)現(xiàn)再生細(xì)胞直接形成體細(xì)胞胚和再生植株。
