個(gè)人簡介董五輩，男，1965年2月出生，博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事于廣譜抗病基因的分離克隆和植物-微生物分子互作應(yīng)用工程。利用我們實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立的新技術(shù)從中草藥植物及生防菌等中分離抗病基因。利用我們分離到的新基因轉(zhuǎn)化植物及生防菌。我們?cè)凇禩he Plant Cell》，《PNAS》，《Scientific Reports (Nature)》，《Virology》，《PLoS ONE》，《Plant Physiology》，《IET Systems Biology》，《Molecular Plant Pathology》，《農(nóng)業(yè)生物技術(shù)學(xué)報(bào)》等國內(nèi)外刊物上發(fā)表文章30多篇。包括《ScienceDaily》，《Economist》，《Daily Science News》，《United Press International》，《Medical News Today》，《NewsZoom》，《The Sunday Paper》，《Bio-Medicine》，《What's Next In Science & Technology》，《UGA NEWS》等至少33家國際媒體曾先后報(bào)道了我們的研究工作，如本實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立的基因消除PCR技術(shù)被Nature出版集團(tuán)發(fā)表在《科學(xué)報(bào)道》上后，又被美國的一家科技信息媒體作為新發(fā)明進(jìn)行了報(bào)道，詳情請(qǐng)參見下面網(wǎng)頁：http://www.sciguru.com/newsitem/16371/reverse-process-pcr-eliminate-unwanted-genes-cycle-cycle-new-invention 。

基因消除PCR(Removing PCR, R-PCR)是基因擴(kuò)增PCR逆向過程的一種去除非目標(biāo)基因的新技術(shù)。在PCR反應(yīng)中，每一循環(huán)目標(biāo)基因得到了擴(kuò)增；在基因消除PCR反應(yīng)中，每一循環(huán)非目標(biāo)基因得到了去除。如果你想擴(kuò)增你想要的基因，你可用PCR；如果你想去除你不想要的基因，你可用基因消除PCR。
