    1.基本信息

    王喬春,男,1958年2月生,四川眉山人,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1982年畢業(yè)于四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系,獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,同年留校任助教。1988年畢業(yè)于瑞典農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系,獲碩士學(xué)位。1988-1995年,在四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系任助講師、副教授、系副主任、林學(xué)園藝學(xué)院常務(wù)副院長(zhǎng)。1994年在奧地利維也納農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)應(yīng)用微生物系作高級(jí)訪問學(xué)者。1995-1998年在四川省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院園藝所任所長(zhǎng)、研究員。2003年畢業(yè)于以色列西伯萊大學(xué),獲博士學(xué)位,同年在該校完成博士后工作。2003-2008年在芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)應(yīng)用生物系作訪問教授。2007年回國(guó),在西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院任教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。

    現(xiàn)任園藝學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng),國(guó)際Cryobiology Society會(huì)員、國(guó)際 In Vitro Scoiety 會(huì)員、國(guó)際園藝學(xué)會(huì)Cryo-Technology 分會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,應(yīng)邀為《Trends in Plant Science》、 《Cryobiology》、 《CryoLetters》、 《Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture》、 《Euphytica》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Plant Science》、《Plant Cell Reports》、《Potato Research 》等國(guó)際SCI刊物特約審稿人。

    2.研究方向

    主要從事園藝植物種質(zhì)資源的超低溫保存技術(shù)與理論研究,園藝植物超低溫脫毒技術(shù)與理論研究,園藝植物再生體系的建立與轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)研究,園藝植物無性繁殖技術(shù)與理論研究。

    3. 開設(shè)課程

    承擔(dān)本科生、碩士和博士研究生園藝學(xué)導(dǎo)論、園藝植物病毒學(xué)、SCI論文寫作、科研專題講座、現(xiàn)代生物技術(shù)、園藝學(xué)專題講座等課程。

    4.主要學(xué)術(shù)成果

    A.1984-1990年間,主要研究扦插繁殖機(jī)理與技術(shù)。以Hibiscus rosa-sinensis為試材, 首次在國(guó)際上報(bào)道母株年齡和光照條件是影響插條生根的關(guān)鍵因素。明確指出,適合于Hibiscus rosa-sinensis扦插繁殖的母株年齡為3年,母株暗處理或遮光處理有利于插條生根。上述研究在國(guó)際刊物上發(fā)表5篇論文,其中在SCI刊物上發(fā)表1篇,應(yīng)邀參加國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議,并作大會(huì)發(fā)言。

    B.1991-1995年間,主要研究蘋果與梨試管苗繁殖的機(jī)理與技術(shù)。揭示了蘋果與梨莖尖外植體褐變的機(jī)理;建立了克服蘋果與梨莖尖外植體褐變的有效方法、促進(jìn)蘋果與梨試管苗增殖的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、梨試管苗的直接生根技術(shù)及蘋果試管苗微型嫁接技術(shù)。上述研究在國(guó)際刊物上發(fā)表11篇論文,其中在SCI刊物上發(fā)表論文6篇,應(yīng)邀參加國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議兩次,并作大會(huì)發(fā)言。

    C.1999-2008年間,主要研究園藝植物與薯類植物的超低溫冷凍機(jī)理與技術(shù),轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)和分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)。對(duì)國(guó)際該領(lǐng)域的主要學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)包括:a. 成功地建立了葡萄、柑桔、馬鈴薯、甘薯、樹梅等植物的莖尖和細(xì)胞的超低溫冷凍保存技術(shù);b. 把超低溫冷凍技術(shù)與轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)結(jié)合,顯著提高葡萄轉(zhuǎn)基因細(xì)胞的轉(zhuǎn)化率與成苗率;c. 成功地建立了葡萄、馬鈴薯、甘薯等植物的莖尖超低溫冷凍脫毒技術(shù)和脫除甘薯植原體技術(shù);d. 成功地創(chuàng)立了熱處理加莖尖超低溫冷凍脫毒技術(shù),有效地脫除了樹莓叢狀矮化病毒; e. 利用生物技術(shù)、分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)、組培技術(shù)、超低溫冷凍技術(shù)、病毒定位技術(shù)、電鏡技術(shù)、解剖技術(shù)等揭示了莖尖超低溫冷凍脫除病原菌的機(jī)理。成為國(guó)際上莖尖超低溫冷凍脫除病原菌研究的奠基人之一。上述研究在SCI刊物上發(fā)表18篇論文,發(fā)表專著章節(jié)5章。應(yīng)邀參加國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議三次,并作大會(huì)發(fā)言。
