      主要經(jīng)歷:

      分別于1984年、1987年陜西師范大學化學系獲理學學士、碩士學位,隨后留校任教。2003年獲西北大學分析化學專業(yè)博士學位,2005年調(diào)入北京理工大學理學院化學系任教授、博士生導師。期間2005年12月應日本筑波產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合研究所(NationalInstitute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology,AIST)邀請作為特聘研究員從事研究工作,2008-2009年美國佛羅里達大學(University of  Florida)訪問教授。主要從事新型光學探針試劑及功能化納米晶的設(shè)計合成及其在分子識別與化學生物傳感中的應用研究。

      研究方向:

      1.   新型光學探針分子的設(shè)計、合成

      2.   功能化納米晶及納米結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計、合成、組裝

      3.   分子識別與化學生物傳感

      研究內(nèi)容:

      針對目前環(huán)境污染、食品安全、疾病的早期診斷及藥物靶向治療等人類所面對的問題中所必需的高靈敏度、高特異性化學生物識別傳感學方法和器件研究,利用光誘導電子轉(zhuǎn)移、電荷轉(zhuǎn)移、能量轉(zhuǎn)移等各種光物理過程,和酶、抗體、單鏈DNA和核酸識體、信號肽等生物分子識別物質(zhì),設(shè)計合成性能優(yōu)異的光學(包括吸光、熒光、發(fā)光)探針分子或功能化納米晶,構(gòu)建組裝針對不同目標物的分子和生物納米識別體系,實現(xiàn)對生命體系或環(huán)境體系中重要目標物(包括陰陽離子,中性小分子,生物大分子,病毒,細菌,腫瘤細胞,病變組織等)的光電化學識別傳感,探索識別機制及其化學本質(zhì),應用于對生命、環(huán)境、食品等復雜體系中具有重要影響力目標物的特異性標記和遠程、活體、原位、實時檢測或顯微成像分析等。

      承擔課題:主持或參加國家自然科學基金及其他軍工項目多項:

      1.   國家自然科學基金資助項目“近紅外分子/納米熒光探針制備及其在腫瘤分子成像分析中的應用研究”,主持人

      2.   信號肽介導亞細胞區(qū)域靶位近紅外Ca2+熒光納米傳感器的研究,國家自然科學基金項目

      3.   高選擇性硫醇探針的設(shè)計合成及分析應用,北京分子科學國家實驗室開放課題基金

      4.   推進劑裝藥老化性能表征方法研究,橫向

      5.   火炸藥原材料數(shù)據(jù)庫,橫向
