楊圣奇，1978年12月生，博士，現(xiàn)為中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，力學(xué)與土木工程學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)。江蘇省杰出青年基金、教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才、江蘇省六大人才高峰、江蘇省333高層次人才中青年學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人、中國(guó)巖石力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)青年科技獎(jiǎng)以及孫越崎青年科技獎(jiǎng)獲得者，法國(guó)巴黎綜合理工大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者、澳大利亞政府奮進(jìn)訪問(wèn)研究員、莫納什大學(xué)、新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)、英國(guó)諾丁漢大學(xué)與帝國(guó)理工大學(xué)訪問(wèn)教授。主要研究方向?yàn)椋荷畈糠沁B續(xù)巖石力學(xué)、深部巖石流變力學(xué)、深部地下工程穩(wěn)定控制，承擔(dān)包括3項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目與1項(xiàng)國(guó)家973骨干課題在內(nèi)的10余項(xiàng)縱向課題，作為主要骨干參與1項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目與1項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目。

研究成果在德國(guó)Springer出版1部英文專著《Strength failure and crack evolution behavior of rock materials containing pre-existing fissures》(2015年，獨(dú)著)，在科學(xué)出版社出版1部中文專著《裂隙巖石力學(xué)特性研究及時(shí)間效應(yīng)分析》(2011年，獨(dú)著)，以第一或通訊作者在《Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering》、《International Journal of Rock Mechanics and Mining Sciences》、《Geophysical Journal International》、《Engineering Geology》、《Journal of Structural Geology》、《Geothermics》等國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表SCI與EI論文110篇，其中有67篇被SCI收錄，影響因子大于2.0的SCI論文有44篇。1篇SCI論文入選地球科學(xué)領(lǐng)域ESI前0.1%熱點(diǎn)論文，2篇SCI論文入選地球科學(xué)領(lǐng)域ESI前1%高倍引論文，3篇SCI論文被評(píng)為“Engineering Geology”等權(quán)威雜志的Top25熱點(diǎn)論文，發(fā)表的第一或通訊作者SCI論文在Web of Science中被他引736次，單篇最高SCI他引70次。獲批14項(xiàng)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利，榮獲包括教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)在內(nèi)的省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)6項(xiàng)，其中2018年江蘇省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)，排名第一。

擔(dān)任應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)與工程科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(EI收錄)等多個(gè)期刊編委，以及Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering、Engineering Geology等10余個(gè)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊的評(píng)審人，兼任國(guó)際巖石力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員、美國(guó)巖石力學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、中國(guó)巖石力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)測(cè)試專委會(huì)委員、中國(guó)巖石力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)地下工程分會(huì)理事、江蘇省巖土力學(xué)與工程學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，曾在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上作特邀及專題報(bào)告10余次。
