      西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院蔬菜學(xué)研究生導(dǎo)師鞏振輝介紹如下:

      1.基本信息(包含性別、出生年月、目前職稱職務(wù)、教育背景、學(xué)術(shù)兼職等)

      鞏振輝,男,生于1957年4月。1981年畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)蔬菜專業(yè),同年留校任教至今。先后在西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士、農(nóng)學(xué)碩士和農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1997年晉升為教授。1995~1996,2001~2002年曾先后赴英國(guó)格拉斯哥大學(xué)和澳大利亞國(guó)立大學(xué)研修分子生物學(xué)和分子遺傳學(xué)。2004年8月赴歐洲考察植物分子生物學(xué)研究。曾獲教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金資助、陜西省優(yōu)秀留學(xué)回國(guó)人員、陜西省“教書(shū)育人”優(yōu)秀教師、優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)教學(xué)名師和優(yōu)秀教師等榮譽(yù)。

      現(xiàn)任園藝學(xué)院教授,博士研究生導(dǎo)師,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)蔬菜研究所所長(zhǎng),西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)蔬菜生物技術(shù)與種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人。

      2.研究方向

      主要從事蔬菜育種、蔬菜種質(zhì)資源與生物技術(shù)等方面的工作,近年著重于辣椒、番茄、黃瓜分子標(biāo)記,辣椒疫病、炭疽病與作物的相互關(guān)系,辣椒抗逆(抗寒、耐旱、耐熱)生物學(xué)與分子生物學(xué),辣椒雄性不育的研究與利用,辣椒抗衰老與果實(shí)耐藏性,辣椒小孢子培養(yǎng),辣椒組織培養(yǎng)與遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化,辣椒、黃瓜重要農(nóng)藝性狀的遺傳,辣椒種質(zhì)資源的創(chuàng)新。

      3. 開(kāi)設(shè)課程

      承擔(dān)本科生植物育種學(xué)、蔬菜育種學(xué)、科研專題、暑期實(shí)習(xí)、夏菜調(diào)查、秋菜調(diào)查等課程教學(xué),為博、碩士研究生講授蔬菜學(xué)進(jìn)展、園藝植物生物技術(shù)、高級(jí)蔬菜育種學(xué)、蔬菜育種與良種繁育學(xué)等課程。

      1982年至今,一直致力于蔬菜生物技術(shù)、蔬菜遺傳育種與種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新的研究與實(shí)踐。先后承擔(dān)并出色完成了國(guó)家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)科技項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃、國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化資金項(xiàng)目、科技部楊凌農(nóng)業(yè)生物育種中心項(xiàng)目、農(nóng)業(yè)部“八五”科技項(xiàng)目、教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金項(xiàng)目、教育部“春暉計(jì)劃”、國(guó)家教育部博士點(diǎn)基金、中科院上海植物生理生態(tài)研究所植物分子遺傳國(guó)家重點(diǎn)開(kāi)放實(shí)驗(yàn)室項(xiàng)目、陜西省“13115”科技創(chuàng)新工程重大科技專項(xiàng)、陜西省科技統(tǒng)籌創(chuàng)新工程計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、陜西省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)分子生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室基金項(xiàng)目、與英國(guó)格拉斯哥大學(xué)合作項(xiàng)目、與澳大利亞國(guó)立大學(xué)合作項(xiàng)目等課題,在辣椒、黃瓜和蕓薹屬作物種質(zhì)資源搜集、創(chuàng)制、研究和利用以及基因的克隆和遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化方面開(kāi)展了大量工作,獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng),省農(nóng)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng),省農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),西安市科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),省人民政府教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),所主持的《植物育種學(xué)》獲省級(jí)精品課程。獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利授權(quán)10項(xiàng)。選育優(yōu)良辣椒品種9個(gè)、番茄品種1個(gè)。與西安皇冠蔬菜研究所合作,將分子標(biāo)記技術(shù)與常規(guī)育種技術(shù)相結(jié)合,選育出了我國(guó)第一份具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的抗根結(jié)線蟲(chóng)的番茄新品種金棚M6、M158和M126。

      5.主要學(xué)術(shù)論著

      近年來(lái),主編“十一五”、“十二五”規(guī)劃教材《園藝植物生物技術(shù)》、《植物組織培養(yǎng)》、《植物育種學(xué)》和《園藝植物種子學(xué)》等教材,先后主編和參編著作、教材30余本。以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文300余篇,其中SCI 60余篇。
