中國藥科大學

曹征宇，男，教授，博士生導師。1999年畢業(yè)于南京大學和中國藥科大學聯(lián)辦生物工程制藥強化班，2004年畢業(yè)于中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學，中國醫(yī)學科學院藥物研究所，獲博士學位。2004起先后在美國University of Georgia, Creighton University, University of California, Davis 任博士后，助理教授和項目科學家。2013年底回國工作，現(xiàn)任中國藥科大學中藥學院教授。主要研究方向為神經(jīng)藥理和神經(jīng)毒理。先后參與多項NIH資助項目，目前主持國家自然科學基金面上項目（81473539）、江蘇省面上項目（BK20141357）、及天然藥物活性組分與藥效國家重點實驗室杰出青年人才基金項目（SKLNMZZJQ201402）各一項，并作為Co-Investigator承擔NIH/NINDS關于抗癲癇藥物研究項目(課題總資助$1,700萬，1U54 NS079202)，已在國際著名雜志發(fā)表30余篇研究論文。曹征宇博士目前擔任Genetic Disorders & Gene Therapy，International Journal of Stem Cell Research and Transplantation，Austin Journal of Allergy的編委，并常年審理來自JPET, Toxicological Sciences, NeuroToxicology等雜志的稿件。

本科題組研究方向集中于：1，建立體外多靶點神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)活性物質(zhì)，以及心血管系統(tǒng)活性物質(zhì)快速發(fā)現(xiàn)平臺；建立離子通道配體快速篩選方法；2，從天然產(chǎn)物中尋找用于治療神經(jīng)性疼痛，癲癇以及抗心律失常等疾病的先導化合物；3，天然藥物作用靶點以及作用機制的研究，并研究中藥單方或復方中各主要成份藥理活性的協(xié)同，疊加或者拮抗作用；4，神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)重大疾病的病理學基礎以及治療方案的研究：主要集中于小兒孤僻癥的發(fā)病機制以及外界因素對發(fā)病率的影響。
