        徐進宜:藥學(xué)博士,教授,博導(dǎo),中國藥科大學(xué)藥學(xué)院藥物化學(xué)教研室副主任。

        研究方向:

        1. 活性天然產(chǎn)物的合成、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化及生物活性研究(碩士招生方向)

        2. 針對重大疾病的創(chuàng)新藥物研究(博士招生方向)

        1986年畢業(yè)于中國藥科大學(xué),留校任教29年,一直工作在教學(xué)科研第一線,先后講授了藥物化學(xué)、藥物合成反應(yīng)、藥物分子設(shè)計、藥學(xué)英語、專業(yè)英語等課程。協(xié)助指導(dǎo)和獨立指導(dǎo)過博士、碩士研究生50余名。在國內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表論文100余篇,其中SCI論文70余篇;申請國內(nèi)外發(fā)明專利20余項,授權(quán)14項;參編著作10部。獲得“教書育人”優(yōu)秀教師獎;教育部優(yōu)秀青年教師;國家科技部優(yōu)秀論文二等獎;廣東省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎勵一等獎;中國藥科大學(xué)先進科技工作者等榮譽。

        擔(dān)任國家863計劃評審專家、國家自然科學(xué)基金評審專家、農(nóng)業(yè)部獸藥審評、江蘇省新藥審評專家;擔(dān)任Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Current Medicinal Chemistry,European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry等國際雜志特約審稿人。

        研究經(jīng)歷包括:天然活性產(chǎn)物23-羥基白樺酸的結(jié)構(gòu)改造、生物活性與構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究;喜樹堿類分子結(jié)構(gòu)修飾與生物活性研究;天然活性產(chǎn)物XJP全合成及其類似物的新藥設(shè)計研究;冬凌草甲素的結(jié)構(gòu)改造與生物活性研究;四環(huán)二萜類活性天然產(chǎn)物化合物庫的構(gòu)建、生物學(xué)評價及作用機制研究;非肽類血管緊張素II受體拮抗劑的設(shè)計與合成研究;AT1受體拮抗劑類新藥氯沙坦、依貝沙坦、坎地沙坦的合成工藝研究;血管緊張素AT1受體和內(nèi)皮素ETA受體雙重拮抗劑研究;新型抗高血壓藥物及抗心衰藥物ATPT的研究;選擇性環(huán)氧化酶II抑制劑的研究;非苯二氮卓類GABAA受體激動劑的研究;COX-2/5-LOX雙重抑制劑的研究;手性O(shè)cotillol型人參皂苷結(jié)構(gòu)修飾衍生物的設(shè)計與合成研究;β-欖香烯結(jié)構(gòu)修飾衍生物的設(shè)計合成與構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究;在日本近畿大學(xué)完成了天然活性產(chǎn)物Gregatin B的全合成及結(jié)構(gòu)修飾研究。

        負(fù)責(zé)承擔(dān)了十一五“重大新藥創(chuàng)制”、國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家科技支撐計劃、教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)研究重點項目、高等學(xué)校博士學(xué)科點專項科研基金、長三角科技攻關(guān)、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金、江蘇省醫(yī)藥科技攻關(guān)等國家和省部級項目的研究。
